It's an eel's epic struggle for survival ... Although we can't quite figure out how it manages to escape to live another day. According to our marine 'gurus', the snake in the video is almost certainly a sea krait (and not a mimic), which would mean it's armed with some of the most toxic venom in the world (certainly powerful enough to knock the eel out in seconds). And since eels form a major part of sea snake diets, you'd think this predator should know what it's doing ... Did it fail to inject enough venom? Anyone out there with better suggestions?
