This stunning sea cucumber (Peniagone sp?) was caught dancing through the blackness of space ... er, the deep sea, by NOAA's Okeanos Explorer! The expedition marked the first time scientists used a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) to get even a glimpse of the deep water biodiversity in the Sangihe Talaud Region of Indonesia.
