It’s not for sensitive views, but it does show how lion hunting behaviour sometimes plays out in the wild. Guests at the Jamala Madikwe Royal Safari Lodge in South Africa recently captured this footage of two lion brothers attacking a young male elephant. While lions do not usually prey on Africa’s giants, elephant calves can become vulnerable when they stray too far from the protection offered by the rest of their herd … giving predators the perfect opportunity to attack.
