Here we are stuck in the office all week while "Skippy" the kangaroo has been splashing around in the surf and sunshine without a care in the world. Life's not fair, right?
The happy-go-lucky roo was enjoying a day at Angourie Beach in New South Wales when he was caught on camera by local Kelly Beckwith.
We don't know what promted the beachside excursion, but it's not entirely out of the ordinary. In fact, Skippy probably took to the water for the same reason we do: it feels good!
Despite those T. rex-style mini-arms, kangaroos are decent swimmers. The secret to their ability is that powerful pair of back legs, which can be kicked in a doggypaddle fashion when a dip is on the day's agenda:
